Customized Digital Artwork: Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not available once the design process has commenced. We aim to ensure that each custom piece meets the highest standards of quality and precision. To this end, we offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Work: In the rare instance that a final design is delivered with errors or defects that deviate from the approved design drafts, we understand the importance of swift resolution. We kindly request you to share clear details of the issue, allowing us to assess and rectify the problem promptly.

Revisions and Modifications: We provide a specified number of revisions to ensure the final designs meets your expectations. If additional revisions are required beyond those included in your service package, they can be requested at an additional cost.

Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests will only be considered before the design process begins. Once work has commenced, cancellation is not possible. If a cancellation request is made prior to the start of the design process, we may offer a partial refund, deducting any administrative fees incurred.
